since goldies mother was so negligent they hate being taken care of. they’re also uncomfortable w praise and gifts because of that. like if you say ‘ohh!! goldie i rlly like your drawing’ they’ll be like 'ok thanks’ but if youre like 'omfg good job i love it so much omfgomfg’ they wont say anything. think 'vending machine trying to accept a wrinkly dollar.’
